North China Pharmaceutical SINOWIN CO., Ltd. (NCPC SINOWIN) is a co-operative venture between North China Pharmaceutical Corporation (NCPC) and Hong Kong Newwin Financial CO., Ltd. Its registered capital is USD 7.5 million.

　　NCPC SINOWIN was established in June, 1995, Covering area of 6.667 hectares with floorage of 18,000 square meters. It is located at Huang He Street, Shijiazhuang National-level HI-TECH Industrial Development Zone, which is in beautiful surroundings and has tidy planting zones. The factory owns rigorous layout, tidy surroundings, clear road, and separate routeway for employees and goods.

　　Acting in the spirit of “people foremost, blossom based on technology”, NCPC SINOWIN has carried through product structure adjustment by means of tackling key problems and a series of technological reconstruction. The annual output of sorbitol solution has increased to 80,000 ton, compared with the original design---10,000 ton each year. Through the co-operation with universities and scientific research academies and schools, NCPC SINOWIN has developed the production process of crystalline D-sorbitol successfully. The current throughput come to 3,000 ton each year(including medical grade & food grade), the technical levels of production takes the lead in China.

　　According to GMP standards and requirements, NCPC SINOWIN has established and perfected management systems, software documentations, and founded complete economic responsibility system with relevant incentive scheme, so as to insure the company's production operations go on wheels. NCPC SINOWIN also makes detail staff training plans every year, organizing staff GMP training, vocational & technical training, safety protection training and relevant examinations. Through these effective trainings and examinations, staff's vocational skills, quality mindedness, and legal system conscience has been enhanced.
