In the year of 2001, NCPC SINOWIN co-operate with research units and joint developed natural pure phytoantiseptic—“SINOTECH” pure phytoantiseptic, which gained good reputation from customers after development, because it features environmental-protective, natural and non-irritating. At present, NCPC SINOWIN have been designated one of the manufacturers of “Anti-SARS” disinfectant by Shijiazhuang City Committee of CPC.
　 On February 17,2004, bulk drug—sorbitol had gained “Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices for Pharmaceutical Products”(GMP)

　 The annual production capacity of sorbitol solution have increased to 80,000 ton, compared with the original design—10,000 ton each year, through the first phase technological renovation in 2003 and the second phase in 2004.
